This item is a Factory Sealed Super NES Controller from Nintendo 1997 model number SNS-102. The shrink wrap has the original store sticker on the front upper middle area. The plastic has two columns of the little tick mark holes running vertically down the front and two more columns on the back. It has the original hang tag on the back right edge, there are a few small scuffed areas on the back plastic, but overall it looks nice.
