CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Brand New Factory Sealed Take it Easy! Game from Burley Games 2008. This game does not have the tear in the shrink at the front top edge. There is light scuffing in the plastic that can be seen under angled light, but it's nothing too bad. There are light remnants of a sticker on the front lower left corner. Some box corners are protruding thru the plastic ever so slightly, but the box corners look good. There is one small tear in the plastic on the back upper edge near the left corner, but overall it looks nice.
