CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Telestrations 8 Player Party Game from USA Opoly 2013. There is some light shelf wear on some corners where the box corners are protruding through the plastic. There is a small tear in the plastic on the lower left edge and there is a light crease on the back lower right corner area, but overall it looks good. It is recommended to have some extra dry erase pens as a backup to the originals (we love this game and always have extras just in case!)
