CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed The Adventurers The Temple of Chac from Fantasy Flight Games 2012 French/Spanish Revised Edition. This game has a printed copy of the original English instructions included. The front lower left corner is protruding thru the shrink wrap and there is a little wear on the box there. The original shrink wrap has the small tick mark holes in it running across the box. There are light scuffing marks on the plastic that can be seen under angled light, but overall it looks nice.
