This item is a Factory Sealed The Yeti Sanction Lords of Creation RPG from Avalon Hill 1984. There is a slight dent on the upper left side edge, there is a crease on the front upper left area running inwards from the last "n" in "Sanction" down to the man's left hand (the man being held by the Yeti). There is a dent on the upper left long edge near the corner. The front lower left box corner is protruding thru the plastic and the cover paper there is torn revealing the cardboard underneath. There is a crease running from the lower left corner at a 45 degree angle up to the front of the red coat on the front and the front cover is slightly concave.
