CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Two Rooms and A Boom Game from Tuesday Knight Games 2014. It has the 10 card Necroboomicon Expansion, but NO INSTRUCTIONS for that expansion. 

The box has some shelf wear on the corners\edges, and little on the faces. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. There is a small red stain on the cardboard box liner, but it's nothing bad at all. The plastic cards look nice a lay flat, the instructions and character guide booklets look good and lay flat. The two leader cards have some light shelf wear, but look okay. As mentioned above, the expansion does not have the instructions included so you will need to seek them out.
