CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Tzaar Game from Rio Grande Games 2021. The shrink wrap has scuffing and some corners of the box are protruding through the plastic. A few corners of the box have some light shelf wear, there is a small stain on the front upper left area below the "TZ" in the title. Overall it looks good.
