CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Walnut Grove Game from Lookout Games 2011. Although this game is new, it is not in mint condition. There are tears in the plastic on every corner and there is shelf wear on most of the box corners that are protruding thru the plastic. There are two small tears in the plastic along the back right edge. The seam in the plastic along the right side edge has a split approx. 5 inches long along with a smaller one near the bottom corner. There a scuffs in the plastic and our picture of the front cover shows two long scuffs running upwards from the woman on the left. There are other scuffs throughout the plastic, but not all are easy to see unless you hld the box under angled light. The scuffs don't effect the box underneath. There is a 1 inch rip in the plastic on the front lower right corner area. So overall it has wear, but looks okay overall.
