CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Waterworks Leaky Pipe Card Game Parker Brothers 1976. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges\face, there are tears in the cover paper on the upper and lower side edges of the lid that reveal the white paper below. There are tape  remnants on the back of the box and it is yellowed and aged looking on the back. There are some light speckles on the lid's upper side edge. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The cards look good and lay flat, half of the wrenches are shiny, the other half are dulled. The instructions have some stains on them, but nothing bad.
